Are you looking to return an item? Our return policy is designed to make the process seamless and easy. The steps to return an item may vary depending on how it was delivered.
Here are the steps to return your item(s):
For items delivered by DHL:
Print the shipping label from your return confirmation email and bring your package to a nearby drop-off location. If you're unable to do so, you can schedule a DHL pickup by contacting a service agent.
For large, heavy, or fragile items delivered by special carrier:
We'll coordinate with you to pick up the item at your convenience on an afternoon when you'll be home.
We'll initiate your refund once we receive your returned item(s) at our Returns Centers. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.
For items purchased in-store:
If you carried the item home from the store, you can complete your return in-store. We cannot accept in-store returns for items exceeding 108 inches in length or greater than 150 pounds. Please bring your receipt and any original packaging to the store where you purchased the item.
We'll initiate your refund once we receive your returned item(s) at our Returns Centers. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.
Our return policy accepts returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be:
- In their original, undamaged condition.
- Disassembled if they were originally delivered disassembled.
- In their original packaging. Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, please use a box that's similar to the original or a box no longer than 108 inches. FedEx/UPS cannot accept shipments over 150lbs.
There are a few items that can't be returned:
- Open Box (Items cannot be returned or replaced)
- Clearance Items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. "5 for $25" (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
- Live Plants
- Swatches
Return Shipping Fee:
The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return, the size and weight of the item, and the selected return method. Any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- $4.99 delivery charge for orders under $35
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
- Delivery service upgrades (assembly, room of choice)
Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we'll charge the appropriate return costs, and they'll be deducted from your refund.
Refund Timing:
We'll initiate your refund once we receive the items. Please allow up to two weeks (10 business days) for us to process your return and issue your refund. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.
Mattress Return Policy:
Every mattress comes with a 100-night free trial. If you're not satisfied with your new mattress within the first 100 nights, you can arrange a free return. This excludes Mattress Toppers, Crib, Air, and Open Box Mattresses.
Large Appliance Return Policy:
You can return a large appliance within 30 days of delivery, as long as it hasn't been installed and is returned in the original packaging. In some cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer's restocking fee.
Please take the following steps before installing the appliance:
If you receive the wrong item or it's damaged, don't accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you've installed the appliance, it can't be returned.
Extended Holiday Return Policy:
For all items purchased between November 1 and December 31, the deadline to return them is extended until January 31.
