The chilli cream is made with pleasantly spicy chillies which give it the typical ruby red color and an intense aroma. Ideal to accompany appetizers, to fill canapés, to enrich sauces, or to season first courses. Ingredients: chili pepper 93%, olive oil, salt, vinegar. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production.
Conservation method:
In a closed jar: avoid direct exposure to sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.
With an open jar: after opening the jar, store the product in the fridge and consume it within a few days. Always ensure that the olive oil covers the product.
