Cream of peppers 1000 gr

The selected peppers are top quality and prepared in a soft emulsion with onions, tomatoes, oil, and wine vinegar. It is a traditional recipe, handed down from our grandparents; we can say how it used to be done.

La Cascina Italiana's stewed peppers are tasty but balanced. It goes well with cheeses, boiled meats, and steamed vegetables, but is mainly practical and excellent for filling gourmet sandwiches, as a basic condiment for pasta, and on pizza!

Ingredients: Pepper (60%), onions, Italian tomato (in variable proportions), high oleic sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar (the vinegar contains SULPHITES), sugar, and salt.
